Meet The Owner
Paul Davis
Paul Davis was born in Boston, MA. He was active in sports, playing football in Cape Cod, MA, and for Jersey City State as a running back. He started with law enforcement at 23 as a Patrol Officer and moved up to Detective with the Robbery Squad and later to Sergeant. After being in the force for almost ten years, Paul hadn't worked out in a while and started to notice he was out of shape and didn't have as much energy as he once did. He began working out again seriously at 32 and was hooked for life. Within 3 years, he was ready to enter the world of competitive bodybuilding.
Paul has now been a competitive bodybuilder for 25 years. He has won numerous NPC championships throughout his career. In 2016 at age 60, he turned Pro by winning his division in the Team Universe show. Also, in 2016 he won the first IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) competition. In 2017 he won the Pittsburgh Master’s Pro championships. “I feel its never too late to get in the best shape of your life,” says Paul. His son, Paul Jr, works on teaching people that fitness is more mental than physical. 90% believe you can do it.
